奈良の三輪山を借景に位置する そうめんの老舗[享保2年（1717年） 創業 ]、三輪山本。 道路から植栽越しに見える建築のプローポーションが、心地よく感じたので、ふらっと入店しました。 創業300年を迎えた2017年に佐藤可士和氏がロゴや商品デザインに関わって一新したので、陳列している商品もおしゃれでスタイリッシュです。 奥にお食事処があり、ちょうどお昼時だったので、名物のそーめんをいただきました。やはり創業300年伝統のそうめんは、なかなか味わい深いものでした。
